This Policy applies to all users of the App and related services. For third-party products or services, please refer to the “Third-Party Services Disclaimer” section.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Device and Technical Information

What we collect:

Device model, operating system version, device name, manufacturer, system language, region, carrier information, app version, app ID, network connection type, user ID, Android ID, IP address, MCC, MNC, etc.
Network and technical data: Wi-Fi status, network parameters, network type, etc.
Log information: operation history, crash logs, error reports, diagnostic data, etc.

How we use it:

To ensure the App functions properly on your device and adapts to your system environment.
To maintain and improve the stability, compatibility, and performance of the App.
To analyze and resolve technical issues, bugs, or crashes.

Usage Data

What we collect:

Playlist information (such as playlists you create, play queues)
Playback history (such as recently played and most played songs/audio)
Playback duration and statistics
Search records (such as your search keywords and history within the App)
Play queues and playback order
Other operation logs related to your use of App features

How we use it:

To provide core features such as music playback and playlist management.
To help you quickly access your recently played or favorite content.
To generate playback statistics and summaries for your reference.
To improve search accuracy and optimize the user experience.
To analyze overall usage trends and enhance App features.

User Content

What we collect:

Playlists and their contents
Songs or audio you mark as “liked”
Playback history and playback data
Lyrics and cover art (if you upload or edit them)

How we use it:

To enable you to create, manage, and access your playlists and favorite tracks.
To allow you to view and manage your playback history.
To support the display of lyrics and cover art during playback.

Note: The App does not currently support comments, social interaction, or personalized recommendations. No such data is collected.

Feedback and Customer Support

What we collect:

Your request content and feedback
Your contact information (such as email address, phone number, etc.)
Device information and operation logs related to your request

How we use it:

To respond to your inquiries, feedback, or complaints.
To provide technical support and resolve issues you report.
To improve our customer service and enhance your experience with the App.

Permission Requests (Android)

What permissions we request:

Read External Storage (android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): To access audio files on your device for local music playback, and to access images in your photo gallery when you change cover art or set a ringtone using an image from your gallery.
Network and technical data: Wi-Fi status, network parameters, network type, etc.
Post Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS, Android 13+): To send you playback controls, message alerts, and other notifications.
Modify System Settings (android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS): To set audio as your device ringtone (if you choose to do so).

How we use them:

The App will only request these permissions when you use the relevant features, such as changing cover art or setting a ringtone from your photo gallery.
You may choose not to grant these permissions. If you do not grant a specific permission, you will still be able to use other features of the App that do not require that permission.

Aggregated/Anonymized Data

We may process collected personal data to generate de-identified and anonymized statistics (such as overall user behavior analysis, feature usage frequency, etc.). Such aggregated or anonymized data cannot be used to identify any individual and may be used for product improvement, market analysis, academic research, and similar purposes. We may also share or publicly release these statistics with third-party partners, but they will not contain data that can identify you personally.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers and Partners: To enable App features, we may share necessary information with third-party SDKs/service providers, including but not limited to analytics, and push notification services. Major third-party SDKs include: - Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics) - Firebase Crash Reporting (crash reports) - Firebase Push Notifications (push) - Other analytics SDKs (if applicable) Please refer to the privacy policies of these third parties on their official websites.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, judicial or governmental authorities, or to protect users, the company, or public interests.
Business Changes: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, but we will ensure it remains protected under this Policy.
With Your Consent: We may share your information for specific purposes with your explicit consent.

Information Storage and Protection

We use industry-standard security measures (such as encryption and access controls) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If there are material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other reasonable means. The updated Policy will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
